Welcome to Snuggle Shop. By placing an order with us, you're agreeing to the simple terms below. We've kept them clear and fair, because we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us.

Our products
Our onesies are custom made to order in small batches, with each piece quality-checked by hand before it ships. Because items are handmade rather than mass-produced, slight variations in color or finish can occur and are a normal part of a made-to-order product, not a defect.

Ordering and production
When you place an order, production begins shortly afterward. Please review our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these terms, for full details on timing, tracking, and how refunds and returns work. In-stock orders receive tracking within 4–7 business days; when an item has sold out, your order enters our next production run and ships once it's made and inspected.

Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in local currency and are charged at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by an obvious error.

Fair use and fraud
We're proud to serve honest customers, and we protect them by not tolerating fraudulent activity. This includes placing orders for the Shipping Protection fee alone, manipulating checkout to avoid paying for a product, filing false claims to keep an item while also receiving a refund, or other misuse of our store or policies. Such orders may be cancelled, refunded, or reported as appropriate.
